With over 25 years’ experience in Family Law and Residential Conveyancing, Rhian has been a member of the Advanced Family Law Panel since 2002. She is one of the most experienced family law practitioners in Wales and is also a member of Resolution.

Dealing with all family law matters including divorce, separation, financial matters, cohabitation disputes and children issues, Rhian specialises in handling complex financial cases and cases featuring international elements, her extensive experience includes drafting pre-marital and separation agreements. She has particular experience in acting for clients who have their own business, and dealing with cases that have an international element.

Rhian’s clients value her practical style, and she has been praised for her tenacity in achieving swift and lasting settlements. She has a well-earned reputation for giving straightforward advice tailored to her clients’ individual needs.

Additionally, Rhian has over 20 years’ experience dealing with Residential Conveyancing, i.e sales and purchases, remortgaging, transfers of equity, leases and tenancies, equity release.

Prior to joining the firm, she was a Consultant Solicitor at Glamorgan Law, head of family law at David & Snape and subsequently a director at Wendy Hopkins Family Law Practice. Rhian is an Accredited Mediator and has experience dealing with family cases acting for many high net worth individuals.
